How do I book a consultation?
You can book directly through our website using the Book Now button. Simply choose your preferred service, select an available time slot, and complete your payment online. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Do I need to prepare anything before my consultation?
Yes — once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a health questionnaire by email. Please complete this before your appointment as it helps us make the most of your session. The more detail you provide, the more tailored your consultation will be.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. Payment is taken securely at the time of booking through our online system.
